Helping each other Position ourselves with Purpose for Positive Change

Who We Are
We minster, mentor, counsel and show support to those who are incarcerated at St. Charles County Jail and Juvenile Center. We provide continued counseling and support upon inmate transfer to prison or release. We offer prayer and counsel to family and friend as they deal with their loved ones' incarceration.
What We Do
Founded in 2014 by Dale “Rascal” Covington and Lisa “Mrs. Rascal” Covington, our ministry is dedicated to bringing hope, encouragement, and spiritual support to individuals within local correctional and juvenile facilities. Serving primarily throughout St. Charles County, we work to build relationships, share faith‑based guidance, and walk alongside those seeking a fresh start.

Our Mission
Our mission is to share the hope of Christ with those who are lost, hurting, and incarcerated. Through mentoring, encouragement, and personal connection, we help individuals understand how to receive Jesus as their Savior and grow in their faith through fellowship and inmate‑led Bible studies.
We meet with inmates one‑on‑one, providing personal Bibles and spiritual guidance. Upon release, our brothers and sisters in Christ are supported as they transition into local churches, community involvement, and a renewed walk with the Lord.
Working alongside community partners, we serve in a two‑phase approach—offering practical support, prayer, and opportunities to give back. Through these efforts, we strive to lead others to open their hearts to Jesus and experience lasting transformation.
